Fiera Milano is attentive to the prevention of risks, of any nature, which could compromise the responsible and sustainable management of its functions.
By adhering to the indications of the Code of Conduct for companies listed on the Italian stock exchange, Fiera Milano has created this tool to offer the possibility of reporting any or alleged irregularities of which it is aware.
The reports may concern internal control system problems (e.g. compliance with external laws and regulations, as well as company rules and procedures, fraud on corporate assets and corporate information, administrative liability of the company) or other matters in violation of the Code of Ethics ( e.g. ethics of behavior, bullying practices, harassment, conflicts related to personnel management)
Fiera Milano guarantees all aspects of confidentiality and security in the protection of personal data and in the processing of information, through the adoption of secure protocols and the use of cryptographic tools for the contents of reports and any attachments.
The current procedure has the purpose of regulating the process of receiving, analyzing and determining actions for whistleblowing, also in anonymous or confidential form, received by third parties and by the staff of the companies of the Fiera Milano Group regarding alleged irregularities .
